As a small, independent business that handcrafts everything ourselves, we want to keep our prices fair and affordable. Unlike companies that produce cheap mass-market goods overseas, we do not include the cost of potential returns in our product prices.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the case of a valid claim (e.g., broken glass), we will, of course, cover the costs. Please send us a photo of the damaged item so we can provide you with a pre-paid return label or process your claim.

Special Note for International Customers (USA, Canada):
Due to the high costs, taxes and logistical complexity of international shipping, we have different procedures for our international customers. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, we will find an individual, fair solution for you.
